2 © 2009 Avaya Inc. All rights reserved.2 Centralized Voic Overview Within a Small Community Network, a single Voic Pro server can be used to provide voic features for all the IP Offices in the SCN. One IP Office is configured for operation with the Voic Pro server as normal, including the license for voic operation and the features required. This IP Office is then regarded as the central IP Office for voic . The other IP Office systems, the voic settings are configured to indicate that they get their voic services from the central IP Office. These IP Offices do not need licenses for voic (except for ContactStore and or UMS if required). Caution: the use of centralized auto attendants can oversubscribe resources if not properly designed.
