IPTT v Q.931 Translator Cisco CallManager generates ISDN trace files, which can be used to diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems in Cisco CallManager installations. The log files contain Q.931 type messages (ISDN Layer 3 protocol). There are two types of Q.931 translators: –Cisco CallManager and TranslatorX Tool or Triple Combo Use the Q.931 Translator in CallManager to initially diagnose ISDN PSTN and Cisco gateway issues.

DBLHelper will republish or reinitialize replication. The NameResolution tab indicates whether there is a Domain Name System entry or a LMHOST file entry to match IP address with server names.

Q.931 can be used to diagnose issues with intercluster trunks. DBLHelper can be used to reestablish replication by republishing and reinitializing SQL replication. Your protocol analyzer should include the ability to sniff Skinny, MGCP, H.323, H.225, H.245, RTP, SQL, and LDAP protocols. Dialed Number Analyzer can be installed as a plug-in to Cisco CallManager where you can test and troubleshoot dial plan configurations before and after a dial plan is dep l oyed.
