The component version should be identical on all servers in a cluster to ensure accurate Cisco Call Manager intracluster communication. You can configure RTMT to contain the information that you need to troubleshoot Cisco Call Manager components. Microsoft Windows 2000 Event Viewer displays system, security, and application error logs. Microsoft Performance Monitor displays the activities and status of the Cisco Call Manager system. This monitor reports both general and specific information in real time and collects Cisco Call Manager device statistics. Each administration account has a specific function in Cisco Call Manager operation. Although the CCMAdmin account password may be different on all servers, the SQLSvc account password must be identical for each device in the cluster.
