11 11 Body Electrical Trip Computer Monitor Display Item Trip Information - DTE (Distance to Empty) - Average Speed - Average Fuel Consumption Gear shift lever information Door open/closed indicator TPMS information LH/RH Brake stop lamps fail information
12 12 Body Electrical Battery Back up Ignition Illumination Injection Signal Fuel Sender Tachometer Vehicle Speed Signal Door Switch(4Door) Tail Gate Indicator Stop lamp Failure signal Inhibitor switch TCM PWM Input Signal CAN information - TPMS warning Output Display Trip Information - DTE (Distance to Empty) - Average Speed - Average Fuel Consumption Door open/closed indicator TPMS information LH/RH Brake stop lamp fail information Shift position
13 13 Body Electrical Trip Information of Distance to Empty Connection Input Source Vehicle Speed Sensor Injector Pulse(80mCC/1 Pulse ) Fuel Sender Input signal fault - Injection signal : DTE data move to 00liter/100km slowly - Vehicle speed signal : DTE data move to 99.9liter/100km - If both signal faulted : final data stay on Distance to Empty Calculation 80 X n --- Pulse Speed Pulse DTE (km) = Fuel Volume KPH X AFC data Fuel sender
14 14 Body Electrical Average Fuel Consumption (AFC) Average Vehicle Speed (AVS) This mode calculates the average fuel consumption from the total fuel used and the distance since the last average fuel consumption reset. Input source : Injection signal & Vehicle speed signal Calculation Formula Driving distance (VSS pulse) ÷ Injection signal (n -- pulse X 80 ) This mode calculates the average speed of the vehicle since the last average speed reset.
