10 You should drink… If you have flu, you should drink a lot of water, tea or juice. They help you to get the virus out of your body.

12 Good sleep If you have a high temperature, you should stay in bed and sleep a lot.
13 Keep warm If you have flu, you should dress warmly. Keep your neck, chest and feet warm.
