2 Одним из направлений в президентской модернизации нашего государства является создание мотиваций и условий для здорового образа жизни. Если у молодежи появится привычка к занятиям спортом, то будут решены такие острые проблемы, как наркомания, алкоголизм, детская безнадзорность. По мнению президента, для достижения этих целей начинать надо с самого начала - с воспитания новой личности уже в школе. Поэтому главная задача современной школы - это раскрытие способностей каждого ученика, воспитание личности, готовой к жизни в высокотехнологическом, конкурентном мире. Одним из ключевых направлений в президентской инициативе «Наша новая школа» является конструирование так называемого умного здания, где будут предусмотрены современные технологии обучения, укрепления здоровья, обеспечения школьников нормальным, качественным горячим питанием, а также введение нового норматива занятий физкультурой, обязательно с учетом индивидуальных особенностей детей.
3 Выполнение ритмических упражнений в сочетании с речевой деятельностью стимулирует интерес к учению, способствует значительному увеличению словарного запаса, развитию памяти, внимания, творческих способностей, помогает реализовать двигательную активность, присущую младшим школьникам, благоприятно сказывается на настроении детей и их эмоциональном тонусе, позволяет наладить оптимальный контакт между учителем и учащимися. Использование физкультминуток мотивирует предстоящую деятельность учащихся, формирует положительный настрой на восприятие и усвоение учебного материала, создает атмосферу, в которой каждый ученик класса чувствует себя комфортно и раскованно, снимает напряжение и восстанавливает работоспособность не только учеников, но и учителя.

16 Giraffes are tall, with necks so long. (Stand on tiptoes; raise arms high up into the air) Elephants` trunks are big and strong. (Make trunk with a hand and an arm) Zebras have stripes and can gallop away. (Gallop around in a circle) While monkeys in the trees do sway. (Sway back and forth) Old crocodile swims in a pool so deep, (Pretend to swim) Turtles in the sun go to sleep. (Lay heard on hands and close eyes )
17 My hands upon my head I place, On my shoulders, on my face. Then I raise them up on high And make my fingers quickly fly. Then I put them in front of me And gently clap: one, two, three.
18 Five little fishies. Five little fishies swimming in a pool, (Wiggle five fingers) First one said, The pool is cool. (One finger up, wrap arms around body.) Second one said, The pool is deep.
