2 About us VMPAUTO LLC is the first Russian developer and producer of sealants, greases and foam conditioning reagents for TBMs 50 km of tunnels were bored with our products since MT of products delivered products were used in boring of 40 tunnels all over the Russia

4 Products properties МС 1310 – tail sealant for TBM MC 1310 effectively seals the gap between the shield and the segments to secure against ingress of water, soil or grout. The grease permits the tail to resist high pressures of water and soil. It has good pumpability in the range of +(10…40) 0 C and adhesion to different types of surfaces.

5 МС 1320 is applied for sealing protection of main bearing of microtunneling boring machines МС main bearing sealant of TBM as well as control joint and telescopic station of microtunneling TBM. It effectively protects main bearing against ingress of water, soil or dust. The sealant resists high water and soil pressures, possesses excellent lubricating properties, good adhesion and pumpability.

6 МС 1340 – tail sealant for first packing of brushes. It is more thick than MC1310. МС 1500 is applied for lubrication of main bearing, drive gear of screw conveyor, rotor joint and other friction units of TBMs. The grease possesses high adhesiveness to metal surfaces, water washout stability. Combination of good tribological and adhesion properties makes MC 1500 irreplaceable for friction units of operated in hard conditions transport machinery.

7 KRP is a foam reagent and is intended for facilitation of working conditions (drifting) of EPBM: reduces slumping and heaving of soil at the face reduces soil adhesion on cutting tool facilitates soil conveyance reduces overall resistance when drifting KRP mixed with water and air in quantities from 3% to 8% (depending on the type of soil) is injected into the face.
