2 Thomas Gainsborough (14 May 1727 – 2 August 1788) Thomas Gainsborough was an English portrait and landscape painter, draughtsman, and printmaker. He is considered one of the most important British portrait artists of the second half of the 18th century. [
3 Sir Joshua Reynolds (16 July 1723 – 23 February 1792) He was an English painter, specializing in portraits. He was one of the major European painters of the 18th century.
4 Sir Anthony van Dyck ( 22 March 1599 – 9 December 1641) Van Dyck was the most important Flemish painter of the 17th century. Van Dyck was an extremely successful portraitist and painter of religious and mythological pictures in Antwerp and Italy.
5 Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni (6 March 1475 – 18 February 1564) He was an Italian sculptor, painter, architect and poet of the High Renaissance.
6 Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn (July 15, 1606 – October 4, 1669) He was Dutch draughtsman, painter and printmaker. He is generally considered one of the greatest visual artists in the history of art.
7 Ivan Konstantinovich Aivazovsky (29 July 1817 – 2 May 1900) He was a Russian Romantic painter who is considered one of the greatest masters of marine art.
8 Kazimir Severinovich Malevich (February – May 15, 1935) He was a Russian avant-garde artist and art theorist, whose pioneering work and writing had a profound influence on the development of non-objective, or abstract art, in the 20th century.
9 Ilya Yefimovich Repin (5 August 1844 – 29 September 1930) He was a Russian realist painter and the most renowned Russian artist of the 19th century.

12 Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko (9 March 1814 – 10 March 1861) He was a Ukrainian poet, writer, artist, public and political figure, as well as folklorist and ethnographer. Shevchenko is also known for many masterpieces as a painter and an illustrator.
13 Grygoriy Kyrylovych Levytsky ( ) He was Ukrainian painter, engraver, portraitist, priest, and father of Dmitry Levitsky.
14 Dmitry Grigoryevich Levitsky (May 1735 – 17 April 1822) He was a Russian - Ukrainian portrait painter.
15 Mykola Kornylovych Pymonenko (9 March 1862, Priorka, near Kiev 26 March 1912, Kiev) He was a Ukrainian painter. He is best known for his urban and rural genre scenes of working- class people.
