15 In almost all countries around the world drug addiction is acknowledged as a problem, but in different countries they choose different strategies to counter this problem. In Russia, possession of over 6 grams of marijuana is a criminal offense. In Ukraine, law enforcement counters drug problem by closing night clubs. 19 I really don't understand why more dangerous drug like alcohol and tobacco are legalized and cannabis that have less dangerous, can be used in medicine and help people, are banned. I hope we understand that prohibition it's not an outlet. Netherlands, Portugales, Canada changed their politics about drugs and result was impressive, less quantity drug addicts. So i think we can take their experience and change our politics about сannabis.
