1 A court is a state body that administers justice in the form of consideration and resolution of criminal, civil, administrative and other categories of cases in accordance with the procedure established by the law of a particular state. A trial is a type of activity carried out by judicial bodies of a state for considering civil claims and other disputed legal issues
2 JUDGE - the official of the state, who is the carrier of the judiciary A judge is a person who presides overcourt proceedings, either alone or as a part of a panel of judges. The judge hears all the witnessesand any other evidence presented by the barristers of the case, assesses the credibility and arguments of the parties, and then issues a ruling on the matter at hand based on his or her interpretation of the law and his or her own personal judgment.
3 Prosecutor 1. The person exercising state supervision over the exact execution of laws. 2. The state prosecutor at the trial.
4 advocate Lawyer, defender at the court entrusted with the conduct of court cases.
5 The plaintiff is a participant in a civil proceeding, in defense of subjective rights and protected interests of which a civil case has been initiated.
6 The defendant is a participant in a civil proceeding, brought in as the alleged violator of the rights of the claimant.
