3 Cheese is a food product obtained from raw milk using enzymes that roll milk and lactic acid bacteria, or by melting various dairy products Cheese is not only very tasty, but also extremely useful product. Actually, all known types of cheese reached us from the depth of centuries. When and where the cheese appeared, it is impossible to say for sure. Most likely, cheese is a contemporary of bread.
4 The importance of cheese in a person's life is so great that the history of his appearance deserves much more than a few paragraphs from the previous article. Therefore, we will make a small trip "to the depths of centuries". It has already been mentioned that the history of cheese is about 7000 years old and its homeland is most likely the Arab East. And if so, then absolutely to the place will be the legend, according to which once the Arabian merchant Kanan, having set off on a long journey, took with him food and milk. Tired of the road and the heat, he decided to have a bite, but instead of milk from the vessel flowed watery liquid, and at the bottom of it showed a white tight clot.
5 Having tasted this clot, Kanan decided that the new product was worthy of admiration and shared his discovery with neighbors. And this first recipe of cheese in the world soon became very popular, eventually reaching Europe. In ancient Greece cheese was well known and very revered by people, as a result of which its origin became not a merchant's, but a divine one. According to one of the myths, the goddess of hunting and the patroness of the animals, Artemis, made the cheese of people. And even the gods themselves feasted on cheese at the feasts, drinking it with wine. The second myth introduces us to a slightly different story. According to him, the cheese is due to Aristeus, the hunter, the healer, the shepherd and the beekeeper, the son of Apollo and the nymph of Cyrene.
7 Pasteurization of milk. According to different recipes, hard cheese can be cooked and pasteurized milk, and fresh, as well as steam, that is, immediately after milking. Depending on what kind of milk you use, cheese acquires its special characteristics and taste during cheese making
