3 Introduction Today we will talk about a healthy lifestyle (HLS). Everyone in his life has heard words about a healthy lifestyle, that it helps to live up to 100 years and look young and well-groomed. But why then do we neglect this and do not try to fulfill the basic elements of a healthy lifestyle? Maybe because we do not know what it is. But if you understand this question, then there is nothing for a person not possible. What is a healthy lifestyle and its components. A healthy lifestyle is a way of life that is aimed at preventing diseases and strengthening the human body with the help of simple components - proper nutrition, exercise, abandonment of bad habits and calm, not causing nerve shocks To think of a person about a healthy lifestyle causes changes in the environment, work that causes stress, news that constantly talks about a bad political situation and military actions in different countries.
4 All this worsens the state of health. But all this can be solved if we recall such moments as: To bring up the habit of leading a healthy lifestyle is necessary from early childhood; to know that the environment is not always beneficial to the human body; remember that cigarettes, alcohol and drugs cause irreparable damage to human health; proper nutrition improves health, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, improves skin, hair and nails, and promotes better digestion; exercise makes it possible to feel vigorous throughout life; emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being.
5 What should do young people for healthy life: a) sport A healthy lifestyle is an active movement. Many people are sedentary in their sport. If you are climbing the stairs, dyspnea begins to appear, it's time to go in for sports. Sport can improve the body, both inside and outside. Active lifestyle improves blood circulation, strengthens the cardiovascular system, improves metabolism, strengthens the immune system, allows you to lose extra pounds and much more. It's very easy to go in for sports. First, you can go to fitness centers, sign up for gymnastics or dancing. All this will strengthen the body and work under the supervision of coaches who know what loads to give to a particular person. Of course, this option may not suit everyone, because it requires certain material costs. The second option is suitable for people who are limited financially. Today, there are many sports grounds that allow you to play sports, it is enough to decide on its appearance.
6 What should do young people for healthy life: b) food A healthy lifestyle is proper nutrition, which is combined with sports. Many people think that healthy and healthy food is not tasty. But today the food industry allows making any dish tasty. Therefore, if you want to live long and look young begin to eat right. To create a healthy diet, you must first forget about food with flavor enhancers, fragrances and preservatives, and most importantly forget the way to the cafe for fast food. They turn food into a poison for the human body. They do not give the body the necessary vitamins, minerals and other substances that help all organs work as one well- coordinated mechanism. Many people think that a healthy diet is the consumption of only fruits and vegetables. But this is not so. Vegetables and fruits can also harm the body. Now during the cultivation of vegetables and fruits use chemicals that then enter the human body, poisoning it. In order not to poison and not to harm yourself you should remember one rule - to eat fruits and vegetables by season. If tomatoes and cucumbers for our country ripen in June-August, that is, we need them in this period, and not in winter
7 How to train yourself to lead a healthy lifestyle It is easiest to start a healthy lifestyle from childhood. Habits that have been instilled by parents remain with us for life, including sports, proper nutrition and much more. In the world of modern technology, a child can hardly be torn from the computer and forced to go out into the street, while in schools and with friends they prefer chips and Coca-Cola. To disaccustom the child from this all and to impart proper nutrition and exercise, you must start with yourself and do everything together with it. First, make up a daily routine that will correctly distribute the load on the body, rest and exercise time. Secondly, proper nutrition depends only on the parents. If parents eat healthy food, then the child will do the same. To remove from the diet consumption of sweets, soda water, hamburgers, etc. Replace them with fruits, nuts, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. It is very important not to overfeed the baby.
8 Third, play sports with the whole family. This will allow the child to instill a love for running, swimming, skiing or other sports. Spend a fun evening or a whole day with your family. It is best to put the child in a section and walk with him. Fourth, specify a clear time for the transfer of a computer or television. In doing so, monitor the given time. Fifthly, in adolescence, letting the child understand that health is more important than fashionable things or cosmetics.

10 Days of health, joint holidays and entertainment. The aim of such events is to promote healthy lifestyles. Involvement of parents in such forms of leisure, when they together with children run, jump, compete, it is useful to all, and especially to children - it creates a good emotional mood and gives huge pleasure from mutual dialogue; Manufacturing of non-standard physical culture equipment, winter buildings on the site of a kindergarten. 11 Conclusion Formation of the need for a healthy lifestyle should be conducted easily and imperceptibly, unobtrusively, but always with pleasure and sincere interest from both the adult and the child. To form a healthy image, pre-school children need special exercises that strengthen the health of children, the system of physical education. For this purpose, morning exercises are held daily in groups of the kindergarten, the goal of which is to create a cheerful, cheerful mood in children, to strengthen health, to develop skill and physical strength. Morning gymnastics and special physical education in the gym are accompanied by music that "favorably affects the emotional sphere of the senior preschooler, promotes the good mood of children, shapes their ideas about a healthy lifestyle."
