2 What is the healthy way of life? It includes eating natural products, doing sport, sleeping on time, and living without harmful habits.
3 Healthy foods Healthy foods are most important part of healthy lifestyle. For example: fruits, natural products. Also in order to be healthy people should use a lot of water.
4 Sport It keeps our body strong. Sport helps to us be energetic and young.
5 Sleeping It plays important role to be healthy. People must sleep 7-8 hours a day.
6 Harmful habits Smoking, drinking alcohol and using drugs are harmful habits, they are destroy human organism. They kill people.
7 About myself If I say about myself, I try to be healthy. I always get up and go to bed early. Also I do sport. I love football. I recommend for everyone do sport, be healthy and enjoy the life!
