4 Appointment pension payments by age 1. The purpose of pension payments by age is: from July 1, to men at the age of 63, to women after reaching the age of 58. At the same time, the purpose of pension payments for the age of women is: from January 1, after reaching 58.5 years; from January 1, upon reaching the age of 59; from January 1, after reaching 59.5 years; from January 1, upon reaching the age of 60; from January 1, after reaching 60.5 years; from 1 January at the age of 61; from January 1, after reaching 61.5 years; from 1 January at the age of 62; from January 1, after reaching 62.5 years; from January 1, after reaching 63 years.

5 Citizens who lived in zones of extreme and maximum radiation risk during the period from August 29, 1949 to July 5, 1963, not less than 5 years, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Social Protection of Citizens Affected by Nuclear Tests at the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Test Site" have right to pension payments by age: 1) men - at the age of 50; 2) women - at the age of 45.
