My name is Alina. I am twelve. I live in Kimovsk. My favourite dish a pan cake. I take: Sausage. Cheese. Boiled eggs. Spring onions. Tablespoons of mayonnaise

Preparation: 1. Peel the eggs very carefully. 2. Wash them under cold water and dry them well

3. Chop the eggs into small pieces. Put the chopped eggs into a bowl.

4. Wash the spring onions. Cut off the green part.

5. Chop the sausage into small pieces.

6.Chop the cheese.

7. The sausage add to the eggs, spring onions, cheese and the mayonnaise. Add some salt.

8. Mix the eggs, sausage, spring onions, cheese, mayonnaise and salt

9. Take off the pan cake.

10.Put the filling on the pan cake.

I like my pan cake.
