3 Цель исследования: изучение национальных традиций и праздников страны изучаемого языка и культуры.
4 Задачи исследования: 1. Выявить и описать национальные праздники страны изучаемого языка с использованием страноведческих материалов. 2. Изучить традиции, обычаи, обряды, раскрывающие компоненты национальной культуры страны. 3. Сравнить традиции и праздники страны изучаемого языка и родной страны.
5 Методы исследования: теоретический анализ по проблеме исследования; изучение и моделирование страноведческого материала, обобщение и синтез полученных результатов.

10 April – Easter At Easter children eat chocolate Easter eggs. Sometimes parents hide them in the house or in the garden and the children look for them.
11 Day Spring - May 25 This day can be rightfully called a celebration of flowers - on the eve of houses and streets of England are decorated with garlands of spring flowers. In the morning the streets are held parades with flowers and branches of flowering trees. A day and evening celebration continues in the form of folk festivals.
12 SUMMER June – Fathers Day On Fathers Day children give or send their fathers and grandfathers cards or present.
13 July – Racing There are all kinds of racing in England: horseracing, motor-car racing, boat-racing, dog racing and even racing for donkeys. But there is the most famous boat-racing between Oxford and Cambridge. It is rowed over a course on the river Thames and thousand of people go to watch it.
14 The First of September – School starts School bells are ringing, loud and clear; Vocations over, school is here When autumn comes and the weather is cool, Noting can take the place of school.
15 October 31 – Halloween Treat Trick or treat, trick or treat, Give us something good to eat. Give us candy, give us cake, Give us something sweet to take. Give us cookies, fruit and gum, Hurry up and give us some. You had better do it quick Or we'll surely play a trick. Trick or treat, trick or treat, Give us something good to eat.
16 November – Thanksgiving Day (in the USA) There is family holiday. People gather to give thanks for all the good things in their lives. They make a big turkey dinner.
