9 Communicative Strategy The Communicative Strategy is created at the strategic level, common for all the customers projects. Firstly, it describes the customers communicative situation - Communicative platform. Then we add the customers business strategy. The communicative strategy is closely connected to the business strategy and support the overall targets.
10 Communicative Brief The Communicative Brief contains the communicative input to the project and is often derived from the customers communicative strategy. It includes such things as a description of the target group, the desired communicative message and the customers desired profile.
11 Communicative Concept The Communicative Concept documents how the site will communicate the message and profile to the target group (described in the Communicative Brief).
