1 How to Keep Fit
2 1.Take a lot of exercise. Physical activity is good for all of us at any age.
3 2.Begin your day with morning exercises. They give you enough energy for the day.
4 3.Be sporty. Join a sports club or go to the gym and work out.
5 4.Take enough sleep. Most people need eight hours of sleep to feel well.
6 5.Leave some time for relaxing after a hard working day.
7 6.Spend some time out of doors every day. Fresh air does us a lot of good.
8 7.Limit the time you spend in front of your television or computer to an hour-an hour and a half.
9 8.Keep to a healthy balanced diet. Dont overeat.
10 9.Dont eat junk food. Some kinds of food are harmful.
11 10.Dont smoke or drink alcohol. Never use drugs.
