2 In our country many people do not exercise. Most of them are workaholic or study. They have no time for sport. Therefore the human body weakens, the person becomes sick. So, to be healthy its important to support a healthy way of life: not to drink, not to smoke, to eat right food and, certainly, go in for sports. For example, football, figure skating, dancing, chess, mountain sport can help you solve the problem.
3 Figure-skating is among most popular spectator sports in Russia. It is the most beautiful sport. Everything is worth admiring: professionalism, music, costumes. All of these creates a magic atmosphere. Many children want to sign up for figure skating, so that one day to go to the Olympics.
4 Dont be lazy to do morning exercises or have jogging, go in for sports, eat right food and youll be healthy. After all a sound mind is in a sound body!
5 Chess is sport that strengthens the ability to think logically. In this game, only one whose logic is advanced and who knows how to think several moves ahead can win. So chess combines sport intellect, passion, and science.

7 Today mountain bikes are popular with millions of people. Most cities have mountain bike parks and the sport has become a major event in lots of winter competitions. In 1996 it became an Olympic sport for both men and women.
