6 It is the capital of Scotland. The population is 1,400,000. It is the most beautiful city in the UK.

8 Edinburgh Castle has fascinating history spanning 3000 years and was the residence of many Scottish Kings and Queens. The ancient Honours of Scotland - the Crown, the Sceptre and the Sword of State – are on view in the Crown Room in Edinburgh Castle. Edinburgh Castle is also the home of the One O'Clock Gun.
