6 What is Organizational Change Organizational change, which is any alteration of people, structure, or technology. Organizational change often need someone to act as a catalyst and assume the responsibility for managing the change process that is, a change agent. Change agent can be manager within the organization, but could be a non manager.
7 THREE TYPES OF Organizational CHANGE
8 CHANGE STRUCTURE Change in the external environment or in a organizational strategies often lead to change in the organizational structure. Because an organizations structure is defend by how work gets done it, managers can alter one or both of these structural components.
9 The most visible technology change have come from computerization. Most organizations have sophisticated information system, for instance, supermarkets and other retailers use scanners that's provides instant inventory information. Also, most officers are computerized. CHANGE TECHNOLOGY
10 CHANGE PEOPLE Change people involves changing attitudes, expectation, perceptions, and behaviour, something that's not easy to do. Organizational development is the term used to describe change methods that focus on people and the nature and quality of interpersonal work relationship.

14 Employee Stress Definition of Stress Stress is the adverse reaction of excessive pressure people place on them from extraordinary demands constraints or opportunities. Example. When a Boss demands for 80% outcomes from an employee, but he does not provide him any allowances. Due to this reason employee has to fulfill the demands of the Boss under some pressure.
15 Symptoms of stress. Aggressive. When a person become loud or aggressive with his collogues or manager this show that he is having stress. Depression. When a person not performing well or according to the demands of the Boss. It means that he is depress. Argumentative. When a person start arguing unnecessarily with the collogue or manager this show that he is under stress
16 Causes of Stress 1. Increasing in workload 2. Mergers 3. Restructuring :- Change in Rules Advancement in technology from Manual to online Introduction new software 4. Task Demands :- Design of persons job Autonomy 5. Inter Dependence Dependence of one employee on other for the completion of task
17 How can stress be reduced? Employee Selection :- Employee selection is the most important thing to run an organization. The employees ability should match the job requirement through which employees stress can be reduced. Reducing Ambiguity :- The manager should explain the job nature and the duties of employee without creating any confusion. The communication should be clear between them. Fee Back :- The manager should take feedback from the employees. He should know about his employees problems and demands.
