1 Do you want to be healthy?
2 The first wealth is health. I think many people can agree with this famous saying. But they dont do their utmost for keeping health.
3 Overeating. Tom is the person of that kind. Look at this man. His friends call him Globe because of his fat figure. Tom never exercises. He often eats the wrong food.
4 Bad habits. Besides he drinks alcohol and smokes. His style of life makes teeth yellow, skin unhealthy, speech unclear. Watching TV and playing computer games made him almost blind.
5 If you dont want to look like Tom follow these instructions: 1.Exercise a lot. You can run or do aerobics. If you dont like these activities choose swimming. It is good for your back. Cycling is good for the legs and its relaxing. Yoga is good for breathing. As for me, I like jogging. Its good for losing weight, for heart and for breathing.
6 Eat the proper food. 2. Eat the proper food. You should get proteins, fats and vitamins. To stay healthy. Meat helps have a strong and healthy body by providing protein.
7 Dairy Dairy builds strong teeth and bones by providing calcium.
8 Fruits and vegetables Fruits and vegetables help you have healthy gums, good eyesight by providing vitamins A and C.
9 Bread and cereal Bread and cereal gives you energy by providing protein, iron and several B vitamins.
10 Fats and sugar Fats and sugar are fast sources of energy.
11 So, dont follow diets and eat different kinds of food.
12 Get rid of bad habits! Like drinking alcohol, smoking or taking drugs. Dont worry and be happy. And remember that
13 Every man is the builder of a temple called his body.
