Programmable buttons Button programming for T3 models is done using Manager. Note: On the T3 terminals, several programmable buttons have already been set.
Programmable buttons Button programming can be carried out in the Configuration Settings under User.
Programmable buttons It is possible to configure Line appearance before call appearances for 1600 series phones.
Programmable buttons and performance features The available features can be accessed under Action. Note: Not all functions can be programmed for buttons on T3 terminals.
BLF button The busy lamp field feature for a button is defined via the Action > User.
Call appearance buttons Action: The appearance feature for a button is defined via the Action > Appearance > Appearance. On this button calls to my number at my phone are signaled. If more than one appearance button is available on a terminal, multiple calls can be made to that terminal at the same time. The standard labeling of the buttons is a=, b=, etc.
Bridged appearance Action: The bridged appearance feature for a button is defined via the Action > Call Appearance > Bridged Appearance. Creates an appearance button that follows the state of another user's call appearance button. Available for incoming and outgoing calls *
Coverage appearance Action: The coverage appearance feature for a button is defined via the Action > Call Appearance > Coverage Appearance. Creates a button that alerts when a call to the specified covered user is unanswered after that users Individual Coverage Timer expires.
