Welcome to the IP Office Implementation Workshop. The purpose of this course is to provide implementation associates with the skills they need to install, administer, manage and customize the implementation of an IP Office 500 Version 2 solution. In addition, the course provides the learner with extensive opportunities to practice installing and configuring the IP Office 500 Version 2 System and to practice using the IP Office applications. Course Introduction

Upon completion this course, you should be able to: Identify the IP 500v2 hardware and software components. Identify configuration settings using the IP Office Manager. Configure settings for users, hunt groups and trunks. Explain different analysis and monitoring methods using System Status Application and System Monitor. Set up the functionality of data communication and Networking. Describe the VoIP functionality and the connection of SIP and H323 trunks and terminals. Identify different applications for IP Office. Course Objectives

Workshop & Lab Objectives Getting to know the IP Office control device and their expansion modules Installation, configuration, monitoring and software upgrade of IP Office Installation and configuration of TDM users and lines Installation and configuration of VoIP users and lines Installation, configuration and software upgrade of IP telephones Installation and configuration of network, WAN and LAN connections Using IP Office Embedded Voic and Voic Pro

Workshop & Lab Objectives Customize the IP 500v2 unit Set up and handling the licenses Customize and configure Hunt groups for Agents and Hot Desking and specific functions for users. Configuration of connection requirements for IP telephones Configuration of SIP terminals and connections Customizing network connections Use the System Status Application for the various types of system alarms. Use the SysMonitor in a customized environment Configuration and Customizing Small Community Network Installation and Configuration of one-X Portal for IP Office Customizing Voic Pro for users and groups
