The work by this joint observational program is fulfilled at a good professional level and gives results (papers in refereed journals). We also will offer co-authorship to every observer who spends part of his/her observing time following up a given event. The experience of collaboration is accumulated from Our (SAO & Collaboration) program and the results will be discussed specially at a colloquium of the Calar Alto Observatory in Germany this week. The processing of data: we will pass the spectral processing software that we learnt to use, to our colleagues in Spain, etc. GRB : The prompt detection allowed to obtain a fast spectra of the afterglow and to alert the rest of the scientific community (as in the case of GRB ). It will be very important to continue the light curve from the 6-m as soon as SCORPIO is mounted.
