A user is created for remote access.

RAS Access Dial In On must be activated for this user.

RAS Access A remote access is created in RAS.

RAS Access The Bearer Capability is set to Any Data to route incoming calls to the created remote user.

RAS Access Remote access can also be enabled for analog trunks. For this purpose the first port of an ATM4 card can be used.

RAS Access The internal modem on the analog trunk card can be activated temporarily using the standard short code *9000*.
