Opening the Manager Depending on your personal settings, the user interface consists of up to four panes. The pane arrangement can also be configured individually. Navigation pane Group pane Detail pane Error pane

Connecting to IP Office The IP Office is connected in the "configuration mode.

Configuration and security mode The second logon variant is the "security mode" which will be explained in one of the following chapters.

The menu bar The basic control and settings are carried out via menu bar commands.

The Main and Navigation toolbars Some areas can also be reached via the Main Toolbar. The Navigation Toolbar can also be used to navigate within the configuration.

Saving a configuration The created customer data configuration will be saved as a cfg-file in the specified working directory. Subsequent to data retrieval in the system, a warm start is possibly required.
