Age of Discovery - a period in human history that began in the XV century and continued until the XVII century, during which the Europeans discovered sea routes to Africa, America, Asia and Oceania.

In the Antarctic latitudes there was a mutiny on the ship but Magellan was able to suppress it. He was killed by aborigines on the Philippines The team continued to move west and returned to Spain.
