17 Body Electrical System Central Door Lock When driver or passenger door key switch is turned Lock, the door lock relay is controlled to door LOCK. When driver or passenger door key switch is turned Unlock, the door unlock relay is controlled to door Unlock. The BCM receives Lock/Unlock signal from the transmitter, and outputs door Lock or Unlock. If door lock switch (P/Window) is Lock/Unlock, all door lock/unlock output is ON. In Arm mode, there is no door lock control from power window switch.

33 Body Electrical System Rain Sensor – Europe, North America (option) In ignition switch is on state, if AUTO switch, multi function switch, is on then wiper is controlled by the rain sensor signal. Diagnosis Step 1 1. With ignition on, move the multi function switch to Auto position. 2. Rotate the intermittent volume switch. (5th to 4th speed) 3. If a wipe occurs, then Fault A has been detected - Check coupler area on the windscreen is not damaged. - Check the sensor is secured to the coupler. Step 2 4. Rotate intermittent volume switch one more setting.(4th to 3th speed) 5. If a wipe occurs, then Fault B has been detected. - Sensor should be removed and replaced with a known good sensor.
