L et me introduce myself. My name is Kristina. I am in the sixth form. My hobbies are reading, swimming, skiing and cooking. I like to cook different dishes. Thats why I decided to participate in cookery contest.
Ingredients: Сanned fish(sardines) 4 eggs 4 potatoes 3 medium carrots Bunch of green onion Mayonnaise, about 200 g Cheese, 75 g A little black pepper Salt to taste
1. Boil eggs, carrots, potatoes for salad. 2. Clean carrots, potatoes, peel eggs and cool them down. 3. Open the can of fish and pour off liquid. 4. Crush up sardines with a fork. 5. Clean green onion.
Take a salad plate. Grate potatoes on large slots. Make a layer of potatoes about 1.5 sm thick on the bottom of it and put a bit of mayonnaise on a top. Make a layer of fish on the top and again put a bit of mayonnaise on the top. Cover fish with green onion, add black pepper and put some mayonnaise on the top.
Grate some cheese and cover with mayonnaise Separate egg whites from yellows Grate egg whites on small slots Add some salt and a bit of mayonnaise:
Grate boiled carrots on large slots Make the carrot layer and press it a bit down with your fingers: Cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise
Grate all yellows on small slots of the grater. Carefully make the egg yellows layer. Decorate your salad with green lettuce and fennel.
Cover the plate with salad and put it into the fridge for 2 hours so layers have enough time to soak through with mayonnaise.
