Hello, my name is Anchugova Olga Im the teacher of Radio Technical Institute in UrFU.

This year Ive decided to enlarge my knowledge of language and applied for* the magister program of linguistics The Translation and theory of translation. *apply for– подавать заявление

The Trajectory of Growth is my first public competition and this presentation will describe why and how its happened.

As a result of my school education Ive received the silver medal for my excellent marks.

During school time I learnt to paint and play the guitar. My pictures were exhibited* and I took part in some concerts. *exhibit – показывать на выставках

At school I fell in love* with English. To speak foreign language was like visiting another reality. *fall in love – влюбиться

Education at the University was concerned with English too. Ive become a qualified specialist* - the teacher of English. *qualified specialist – Квалифицированный специалист

Moreover, after graduation I had the chance to work according to* my speciality. *according to – в соответствие с

I really love my job. I like to learn and teach English. Having good practice of work I can surely say that modern students must operate with this foreign language not just as a subject but as a but as a part of their lives.

UrFU has opportunity to open the whole world for its students and they need just to use them at full speed*. *at full speed – на полную катушку

They can develop themselves as qualified specialist with skills on the international level that can help not only them but promote* the University. *promote – продвигать

Some months ago I decided to live out my dream*. I want to write my own book of teaching English. *live out dream – осуществить мечту

I fulfilled the first step – collected data about teaching strategies and have much practice. The second step – is the master course. To help me with theoretical information *fulfill - выполнить

And the last step –is the postgraduate program*. when I plan to develop special methods of teaching vocabulary. *postgraduate program - аспирантура

It will help my students to learn and remember English quickly and easy. I believe that with 500 words and 1 grammar structure everybody would be able to communicate.

In 5 years I see myself the PhD* with my own methods of teaching, my own book of teaching and much more higher level of approach to the language. *PhD – кандидат наук
