ASSESSMENT OF SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE ACCESSIBILITY IN THE MURMANSK REGION (2012 monitoring data) 9 Over 3,000 facilities
Out of 158 municipal libraries of the Murmansk region 55 (or 35%) are to a certain degree equipped and adapted to serve people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups of population: 10 (6%) – fully meet accessibility requirements for the people with disabilities; 45 (or 29 %) – entrances are fitted with different equipment (fixed ramps, rail ramps, special lifts, access ramps, call buttons).
