May be May and might are both used when we say that something is possible and we get some suggestions. There is no important difference between may and might. Употребляется для выражения предположения, в правдоподобии которого говорящий не уверен. В этом случае may переводится на русский вероятно, возможно, а инфинитив – глаголом в настоящем и будущем времени. She may be (or might be) with Mary, I suppose. Она, вероятно, с Мэри, я полагаю.

May/ might have been May and might can be used with the Perfect Infinitive when we say what was possible in the past. Употребляется для выражения предположения, относящегося к прошлому. Переводится : возможно, вероятно, а инфинитив – глаголом в прошедшем времени. She may/might have been very busy. Она, вероятно, была очень занята.
