Screw-cutting lathe 250 AT.CS Screw-cutting lathe with operational control system. The control system is designed to reduce the requirements for the qualifications of service personnel, this is the optimal solution for machines operated in conditions of a shortage of skilled workers. For maintenance of the machine, an adjuster and a technologist are not needed; the machine operator can create the part processing programs himself. The control system is the ability to use templates with typical parts contours, writing a control program by the operator (turner) on the display using an intuitive menu, archiving control programs and the possibility of repeating them after a long time, simplicity and safety of work. Graphic operator panel with touch scree. High-power electric motor and frequency converter, stepless speed switching, main drive power 5.75 kW. Technological cycles of parts processing: external, internal, transverse, axial processing. The maximum length of the part machined in the centers of 500 mm. The maximum diameter of the part is 250 mm.
