In almost all countries around the world drug addiction is acknowledged as a problem, but in different countries they choose different strategies to counter this problem. I hope we understand that prohibition it's not an outlet. Netherlands, Portugales, Canada changed their politics about drugs and result was impressive, less quantity drug addicts. So i think we can take their experience and change our politics about сannabis.
