n Metrology is a science of measurement, method and way to take precision results, control of qualities production
n Standartization is an object, system, or experiment that bears a defined relationship to a unit of measurement of a physical quantity.
n At different points in time, standardization work was carried out by a number of different organizations. n In 1992, due to the independence by the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek State Centre for Standardization, Metrology and Certification under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UZGOSTANDART) was formed.
n "UZSTANDARD" agency as a national body for standardization, metrology and certification provides means for implementing national policy in the fields of standardization, metrology and conformity assessment, and carries out state supervision, as well as represents the country's interests within international and regional organizations for standardization.
The main objectives of studying metrology are: n to develop a common measurement theory; n development of measurement paths, as well as methods to estabilish the measurement accuracy and fidelity; n ensuring the integrity of measurement; n determination of physical units.
Certification geared to achieving the following objectives: n To assist consumers in choice of goods or services; n Protect consumers against substandard products manufacture; n The establishment of safety(danger) of products, works and services for the human life and health, the environment; n The testimony of the quality of products, services or works, which said the manufacturer.
Under the quality assessment realize checking consumers-level product quality on the basis of analysing results
Analysing quality of textile products carry out by five basic methods: n Experimental is the most common method which carried out by means of devices; n Organoleptic is based on the senses of experts who determine the quality of textile products; n Sociological method contain in the facts that the information is gathered consumers opinions; n Calculation method is based on mathematical processing of quality indicators of textile products; n Complex method is based all enumerate methods.
