Volunteering was formed in Russia in the early 1990s. Volunteers - are people who help elderly people, children and orphans.
Volunteers support poor people. They provide them with clothes and food.
They do not get money for their work. They help different kindergartens.
Volunteers clean the local parks.
They take part in planting trees and flowers.
Volunteers look after the elderly people at the local nursing home.
A lot of volunteers from Russia went to Sochi when there were the Olympic Games.
They raise money for charity, take part in local school events and concerts, help in a hospital and work with orphans. They have a very difficult job, but they do it.
