When working on time focus on the results, not on being busy 1. Keep To-Do list *So youll never forget what you need to do 2. Set personal Goals *So you know why youre doing the work
3.Prioritize * So you know where to start, mark it on your to-do list! 4. Manage Distractions * So you wont waste time, you can lose 2 hours a day or more due to distractions!
5. Do NOT Procrastinate * So youll actually get your work done. Start by doing a little at a time as soon as you add it to your to-do list, then youll have it done in time to relax the day before its due instead of staying up all night!
6. Do NOT take on too Much * So youll have time to do the things you care about most. Its OK to say no!
7. Forget Multitasking ! * So you can concentrate and take it one step at a time. 8. Dont Get Your Rush from being busy * So you can slow down and mange your time better
9. Take Breaks * So you brain can reach its full potential, try taking at least a 5 minute break for every hour or two 10. EFFECTIVELY SCHEDULE TASKS * SO YOU CAN DO YOUR BEST WORK. MORNING PERSON? WORK IN THE MORNING!
