BALTECH has developed and manufacturers inexpensive, simple and efficient electronic and mechanical alignment systems BALTECH SA «ShaftAlignment» Series, that allow to perform horizontal and vertical shaft alignment. All our alignment systems allow to perform the alignment with two methods: Rim-Face Alignment method (radiaxial method) and Reversed-Rim alignment method (dial indicator method)

BALTECH SA-4000 is a tool kit for shaft alignment with dial indicators and without a unit for misalignment calculation. This is the inexpensive kit for horizontal and vertical shaft alignment. This tool kit doesn't include a measurement unit and is recommended for use by experienced specialists. The measurements are conducted with dial indicators. The received data is used to calculate the misalignment amount. If you want to extend your system up to BALTECH SA-4100, BALTECH SA-4200 or BALTECH SA-4300 you only need to purchase a measurement unit. The universal fixtures and rods are mounted on the shafts without clearances. BALTECH SA-4100 The BALTECH SA-4100 shaft alignment system with dial indicators on the basis of a pocket computer is intended to perform shaft alignment of horizontal and vertical pumps and fans. The system has a tape with a liquid level for precise installation of the dial indicators. The device is low cost and high-performance. BALTECH SA-4100 has the pocket computer with a program for misalignment calculation. The program calculates the required movements of the electric motor front and rear feet based on three of four points. This is a fully automated set for shaft alignment of horizontal and vertical machines. The digital indicators are connected directly to the electronic unit via cables. The electronic unit carries out automatic calculation of misalignment values in two planes. BALTECH SA-4300 allows to perform the machine alignment in real-time mode. The alignment report is stored in the device memory and can be transferred to the BALTECH Expert software. The measurement gauges BALTECH FG Series are intended to measure clearances in different fields, e.g. in motor-building, for adjustment of valve clearances, radial clearances in bearings and during alignment works (determination of half coupling gaps and «soft foot» type), etc. The set of gauges (gauge) are delivered in size 75, 100, 150, 200, 300, 500, 1000mm.
