WELL DESIGNED ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS, WHICH INCLUDE IMPLEMENTATION AND ENFORCEMENT SYSTEMS, ADVANCE A GREEN ECONOMY BY IMPROVING THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE WORKFORCE AND COMMUNITIES, CONSERVING NATURAL RESOURCES AND ECOSYSTEM SERVICES. ALTHOUGH ENVIRONMENTAL LAW HAS MADE SOME HEADWAY TOWARDS PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT AGAINST SOME DANGERS SINCE IT WAS INTRODUCED, THERE IS STILL MUCH ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. I BELIEVE THAT THIS LAW WILL HAVE TO BE VASTLY IMPROVED AND AMENDED IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PROVIDING PROTECTION TO THE ENVIRONMENT.
