The relations between Russia and England began in the 16 th century. They were different in different times. Our countries sometimes were enemies. In 1914 and in 1941 we were allies. But at the end of the 19 th century there was a special period. Russian Empress and English Queen were sisters. They were two princesses of Denmark Alexandra and Dagmar.
