The Beatles image was a bad boy band with matching leather jackets and they usually performed in a place called The Cavern in Liverpool. The Beatles were inspired by several types of music. There was skiffle which was rock music created from cheap instruments like a wash board and a jug.
The Beatles first stared playing in a local Liverpool club called The Cavern. It is here that they started attracting crowds
The Beatles have toured in many places around the world. They have toured in USA, Australia, Japan, Scotland, and New Zealand. They were also planning to tour to the Philippines but they had to cancel for an unknown reason. THE BEATLES ON TOUR
As their popularity skyrocketed in the UK, radio stations caught wind of this up and coming band. The first radio station to play The Beatles was in Chicago. The song that really took off in the United States in the beginning was the song She Loves You. BEATLEMANIA
The first time that The Beatles came to the United States the airport radioed ahead to the plane to inform them that there was a crowd of 3,000 screaming fans waiting them….something that had never happened before.
When The Beatles were touring, they were very stressed out and exhausted. The Beatles decided to stop touring. This was unfortunate for the fans. At least The Beatles still made music in Abbey Road Studios.
On January 30 th, 1969, The Beatles have done the unthinkable… again. They decided to make their last concert on top of the building they owned. The Apple Corps. building. This was a memorable concert not only for being their last but for the time and place they played their music. THE BEATLES LAST LIVE PERFORMANCE.
The Beatles broke up in Paul McCartney was the first one to leave the band. Then, they decided to follow their own paths. They had hits and flops. But they never were so successfull as when they were together.
