The President is elected for a term of six years
Executive power is belongs in the President, who is head of state and government. The President forms the Cabinet and appoints and dismisses Ministers, the attorney-General with the approval of the Senate, members of the Supreme court
The Supreme body legislative power the Congress of the Union, consists of the Senate (128 persons) and the Federal chamber of deputies (500 people).
In head of federal judicial system stand supreme court consist of 21 judge. Members of supreme court is appoint by president 6 years term with approve senate. The Supreme court has judicial and administrative power over lower courts.
