Инфинитив Инфинитив представляет собой неличную форму глагола, которая только называет действие, не указывая ни лица, ни числа. Инфинитив отвечает на вопросы что делать? что сделать?: to read читать, прочесть; to write писать, написать; to buy покупать, купить.
p. 84 Infinitive with to and without to Формальным признаком инфинитива является частица to, которая не имеет самостоятельного значения. Однако частица to перед инфинитивом часто опускается.
