Claim to fame When I was a small girl nothing promised that I would become a serious person and I would choose a lawyer profession. I personally believed and stated to everybody that being the Head of circus is my destiny.

I was growing up and had no idea about legal profession. Moreover I adored any kind of amusements so singing and dancing seemed to me the best life style. My dream didnt come true but it happened that I appear on the courts arena almost every day and from time to time I feel myself as if I were in the circus and there were a lot of clowns surrounding me and I were in their head.

During my students life I traveled a lot and met different kinds of people trying to learn the laws of social life and my practical experience varied from being a student of Torquay International School to being Baba Yaga at pupil's summer camp.

at university When I was a third-year student of The Law Faculty of Rostov-on-Don State University (RSU), my family got involved in a trial as a result of which my family could have ended up homeless. I had to fight the state represented by administrative bodies. That proved to be the key point of my future professional career which determined everything in my life. I realized that everything was in our hands and using a variety of legal tricks I was able to defeat even our authorities.

In 2003 I graduated from the Law Faculty of Rostov State University and became a Lawyer's Trainee at Rostov region Bar where I started my career. In а year I passed the promotion exam, I received an advocate status and founded my own private law company called Shvyreva Nadezda and company.

Work experience I have been working successfully at Rostov market of legal services since 2003 and at my work I faced a great diversity of issues which enabled me to provide my clients with legal papers for merging, to submit tenders, to supply evidence in Arbitration Tribunal in case of payment default, to conduct business negotiations and compose business letters in English, to sign contracts, treaties, etc.
