We have taken the topic Does Your Health Depend on You? Let s sum up!
Last week we asked our classmates a few questions and learnt some things. We are girls and boys eat sweets every day, but they eat fruit and vegetables in a day. 7 children go to school by car. Only 16 kids do morning exercises very day. Pupils are ill twice, three times or even five times a year. They miss a lot of lessons: from 54 to 232 a year. Only 8 classmates are healthy.
What should we do to be healthy? 1.Take cake of yourselves. 2.Eat healthy food: vegetables, fruit, fish and drink water, milk, juice. 3.Have your meal in time. 4.Play sports and do morning exercises. 5.Walk every day. 6.Be in a good mood. 7.Visit your dentist and have a medical check. 8.Love people.
You shouldnt do. 1.Dont watch TV much. 2.Dont use the computer much. 3.Dont miss Physical Education lessons. 4.Dont eat too many sweets. 5.Dont sleep too much or too little. 6.Dont drink Coke, Pepsi or lemonade.
So, we may and must care of ourselves. Our health depends on us.
