Camels can live in dry places without water, thats why camels are the best animals for the life in the desert. Warm fur helps a camel to feel good when it is hot or cold. Wide feet help them to go on the sand and on the stones.
Camels can live without water during two weeks, without food during a month. They are good swimmers.
Domestic camels help people to carry heavy things, people use camels fur, eat their meat, drink their milk.
When I was in Tunis and in Egypt I rode a camel in the Sahara Desert.
People call these clever and useful animals «ships of deserts», because camels are the best transport to travel in the dry deserts.
