I take care about my health. I dont smoke, drink alcohol or take drugs – they are very bad habits.
I have bad and good health habits. My bad habits: 1. I eat a lot of sweets 2. I dont like physical and intellectual activity. 3. I go to bed very late
My good health habits: 1. I wash hands 2. I clean teeth 3. I walk a lot
My favorite food is FAST FOOD.I know that it is very unhealthy food and it is full of carbohydrate and calories, but it is tasty.
I dont like raw vegetables, but they are full of fibre and contain vitamins.
I adore fruits and berries. they give me energy and vitamins and they are very tasty.
When I become older I will count calories and try to avoid high fat food because I want to be young and energetic and have an attractive appearance.
