Tsar Fedor Ivanovich In 1588 Tsar Fedor Ivanovich had a chapel added on the eastern side above the grave of Basil Fool for Christ (yurodiv Vassily Blazhenny). Russian Orthodox saint after whom the cathedral was popularly named.
