First Conditional (real situations) If + Present Simple + will Second Conditional (unreal situations If + Past Simple + would (were)

If I have problems with my computer, I will buy a new one. (a real situation) First Conditional Second Conditional If I had a computer, I would buy a printer. (the situation is unreal) Both refer to the present and future.
